| Type the brand name of your product into the "Brand field", as you start typing a drop down list will appear based on the letters you are typing. You may select one of the brands that appear or continue typing your brand manually. Typical brands are: Dyson, Electrolux and Panasonic. |

| You will need to know the model number of your product, please enter it in the "Model field". Your model number can usually be found on a white or silver rating plate located somewhere on the product, usually the base, rear or on some makes inside the door of washing machines, fridges etc. You can also find it in the instruction manual, although this may not be the complete model number. To help refine the search enter a description (if known) i.e. paper bag, filter, battery etc. If you do not know what the part is described as leave the "Description field" empty, this will then provide you with a list of all items for the model chosen.
For universal items, in many cases a Brand & Model is NOT required, therefore leave these two boxes empty and only use the "Description field" i.e. "spot lamp 60w bc" or "TV set top aerial" etc. Like most searches, the more information given, the more refined the search becomes.
